Rivian: Album art not displaying with Bluetooth

Album art from Pandora does not display.

Vehicle: Rivian R1T

Pandora version 2602.1.1

Phone: Google Pixel 10 Pro XL

Is there any fix for this, would really like to see album art.

Sorry to hear the album art isn’t displaying in your Rivian, that definitely takes away from the listening experience. I’d be happy to help look into this with you.

To get a better understanding of what’s happening, could you share a few more details?

How are you connecting your phone to your vehicle? Bluetooth, USB, or another method?
Do you use Android Auto?
If possible, could you share a photo of what you’re seeing on your vehicle’s display when Pandora is playing? You can include a photo directly in this thread by visiting a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include photos through email.

Thanks for including the picture! Looks like some of the meta data isn't coming through. Just to confirm the album art doesn't appear for any content, like Stations, Playlist, and Albums?

I've reported your experience to our engineering team for further investigation. In the meantime, do you have the option to connect via USB? Just curious if it's solely related to connected through Bluetooth or if you have the same experience through USB too.

That is correct art doesn't come through for anything.

Unable to connect through USB not an option in the Rivian.
