Is this is happening on your mobile device or web? Can you share a screenshot/picture of the error message you're seeing? You can post the image in this thread.

Thank you for the reply - the issue resolved. After trying several different modifications (closing apps, restarting, deleting and reinstalling apps, trying different browsers, etc). Ultimately, the issue was resolved after turning off my phone and turning it back on.
