&lt;P&gt;Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the make and model of your TV?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Which internet / cable service provider do you use?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you're using a Roku, Apple TV, or any other device, please list that info as well.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the email address on your Pandora account is &lt;STRONG&gt;the same email address&lt;/STRONG&gt; used for your Comcast preferred email, you will be logged in automatically when launching the X1 Pandora app for the first time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may also find &lt;A href="https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Pandora-on-Comcast-1519949302498?language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt; to be helpful regarding Pandora on Comcast / Xfinity devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;++&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have apps on your Sony TV, you can use these steps to activate Pandora on that device instead.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My old email was a Hotmail.com account. &amp;nbsp;I am trying to update my account and using my iCloud.com account. &amp;nbsp;I updated my email and reset my password &amp;nbsp;but for some reason can not get an activation code sent to me. &amp;nbsp;I have an iPhone and am completely updated on everything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
