&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, I checked your Pandora account and I don't see a recent connection. The last Kindle connection I can see is from 2013. I've enabled a trace on your account and I'd like to try the following steps to begin with while the trace is enabled:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="26571:0"&gt;First, let's restart your Kindle:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the power button for two to three seconds until you see the message "Do you want to shut down your Fire?" Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After the device has completely turned off, press the power button for two to three seconds to turn your Fire tablet back on.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try the Pandora app again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My kindle won't connect through the app.???&amp;nbsp; Pop up sez unable to connect.&amp;nbsp; If I ask Alexa to play Pandora no problem and plays fine on the same kindle. I deleted and installed the app. Same issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a very strong WiFi signal.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ideas ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
