Alexa dot wont play pandora on command

My pandora app is linked and can play from the alexa app and have pandora set as default music selctions but when I command "alexa, play 90's hits from pandora" she tells me I have to links pandora to play.

I have restarted my app, alexa and even my phone and nothing has worked. What am I missing?
