Amazon Alexa App: Displays station titles as unknown

I am having trouble with the Alexa app. I used to be able to see my Pandora stations on my Alexa app and click on whatever station I wanted to play through Alexa. Now when I go on my Alexa app, it says unknown for all of my stations and doesn’t show the picture of the station anymore.

@Twinmama @napowell77 I moved your post over to the Other Devices space.

This issue is usually specific to the network you're using to access Pandora, so let's start by rebooting your modem and router.

If you're still having the same problem, then please try the following steps:

Check to see if there are any updates available for your Alexa and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary.
Restart your Alexa device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in.
Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account via the Alexa app.

Adampandora there’s many other posts on this forum from the last 30 days with the same issue. Including me.
My custom stations worked via Alexa routines for 2 years now in last 2 weeks they’re “unknown” on the Alexa app.
it’s almost as if the cache of custom stations are not being sent to amazons database. Oddly even “U2” is showing as not found. It plays “ Blink 182”

I am also having this problem on IPhone and IPad with the Alexa app. I have relinked, reinstalled and restarted everything involved.

I am having the identical problem, stations display as "unknown". It started with the most recent update of the Alexa app.

PANDORA TECHS - Enough customers have stated they have the same issue. What's the timeline for the fix?? I use this to play music at my business and its been painfully silent for weeks.

Mine was fixed yesterday. All station displays are now normal.
