&lt;P&gt;Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;++&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you share a bit more about what is happening?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the make and model of your TV device?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Which internet / cable service provider are you using?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What setting are you attempting to access?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To clarify, when you're logged in on your TV, you're unable to view your collection?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?&lt;/LI&gt;
