Alexa: How to disable the Pandora skill

Does anyone know how to disable Alexa on pandora. I did not ask for this capability. Pls advise

To disable Pandora on your Alexa devices, you'll need to open the Amazon Alexa app and follow these steps:

Launch the Alexa app on your mobile device.
Tap the Menu button in the top left corner and then choose Settings. Select Music and tap Pandora.
Select Disable Skill to sign out.

This does not help. Pandora is still showing the two are linked

Please share solution as my Pandora is not linked to my Alexa account. I have Prime as the default and it still adds music to Pandora.

Can you clarify your experience a bit more. Do you mean that when listening to Alexa with Amazon Music, songs are added to your Pandora account?
