GraceDigital Mondo Elite: Playback stops

I just purchased a GraceDigital Mondo Elite radio to stream the Dog Music station through my Bose Sound Touch 20 speaker. It was working fine when I left the house, but when I came back about 3 1/2 hours later, it had stopped. Any suggestions please?

Can you tell me if your Mondo Elite is plugged in with AC or running off battery? I would also confirm if a sleep timer may have been accidentally enabled.

In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help investigate. The next time this happens let me know the time and date and I can take a closer look.

Thank you Tanner. It is plugged into AC and the sleep timer is not on.

I'm not aware of any reason why the playback would stop on your Mondo Elite. Let me know the date and approximate time the next time this happens and I can have a closer look. Thanks!
