Apple TV: Stuck on Station

Works fine on all other IOS devices. It was working after installing NEW Samsung TV in March. Cannot access My Collection or My Profile. Stuck on Tina Turner radio

Can you tell me a little more about your experience?

Does My Collection or Profile not appear on your Apple TV or are you not able to make select these tabs with the remote? Are you using an Apple Remote or is the app installed through your Samsung TV?
