      <title>Amazon Firestick: Unable to lower volume</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to be able to adjust sound on Samsung, but no longer able to.&amp;nbsp; Can increase volume but not lower it!&amp;nbsp; Using via Amazon Firestick with Samsung remote.&amp;nbsp; No luck with any of the remotes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Suggestion as to &lt;EM&gt;reducing&lt;/EM&gt; sound level to make it softer for background music?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you only having trouble with lowering the volume when listening to Pandora?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since the Pandora is found on your Amazon Firestick, I'm happy to offer some troubleshooting steps that may help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First I recommend unplugging the stick from the TV for at least 5 minutes. Then reconnecting and signing back in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're still having trouble, let's try clearing the app data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL data-aura-rendered-by="21330:0"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From the Home screen, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Applications&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Manage All Installed Applications;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Pandora&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the list;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From here, clear the cache and/or data. This may help resolve various intermittent performance issues.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-WRAPPER&gt;&lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="21338:0"&gt;This will also log you out of Pandora, so you'll need to log back in again. &lt;I data-aura-rendered-by="21330:0"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI-WRAPPER&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
