fire tablet-no install box but open box-but doesnt do anything when selected. this happened after i uninstalled it, and tried to reinstall

To confirm your experience, the Pandora app is installed on your Fire Tablet, but is unresponsive when you tap on the app.

*To find the system version, swipe down from the top of your screen and select More. From there, select Device, then About, and view the System Version.

**To find the Pandora version on your device, launch the Pandora app on your Kindle Fire, tap the 3 vertical dots in the bottom right corner of the screen, and select Settings. The version number (e.g., "version 6.3") will be directly beneath Sign Out.

Additional, please include a screenshot of what you're seeing when you trying to listen to Pandora. You can include your screenshot in your response here on community.

Please note, that the best way to include a photo is on a web or mobile browser. You will not be able to include a photo if responding through the email notification.
