&lt;P&gt;Can you tell me more about your experience? Does Pandora no longer connect through your Soundtouch app or is the app unresponsive?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before reaching out did you try and troubleshooting steps? If yes, can you let me know what you tried?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have had the same problem with my Bose SoundTouch. The app opens and is responsive. We also have our Sirius XM and Spotify accounts saved as “channels” in the app … and these work just fine. Also, the actual Pandora app on my phone is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have deleted the SounfTouch app, reinstalled it from the App Store, and signed in. Pandora still wouldn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Next., I deleted Pandora within the SoundTouch app, then re-added it and signed in. This didn’t work either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would greatly appreciate any other suggestions. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem started yesterday. First, Pandora service quit abruptly stopped. Then only partial stations would load as available and Shuffle control was unresponsive. I removed the Pandora service, but was unable to re-add. Now SoundTouch says the account for Pandora (its&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;own account) already exists so I can't re-add the service. Anyone encountered this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So here's my update since May. I called Bose multiple times because the Pandora wasn't working on Bose with either my husband's app or mine. After I annoyed them enough, they told me the only thing left to check was a hardware problem, so I sent my device in for repair. Then they called me and let me know they couldn't repair it because it was a software issue that had been fixed with newer models. So they sent me a brand new device and guess what. I tried Pandora and it wasn't working. So then I contacted Pandora and they sent me a list of their supported devices/companies. They don't support Bose products. So the Bose app that you're supposed to use to hear Pandora is useless. I listen to my Pandora now through my smart TV which had the Pandora app. it works great. You can also use Pandora by using WiFi on your phone to connect to the BOSE but that's a PITA because if you get a call or use voice prompts it interrupts the music and who wants that?&amp;nbsp; Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
