Alexa App: Now playing and thumbs no longer appears

Until fairly recently, when listing to Pandora through my AmazonAlexa, I could see the song that was currently being played, as well as having the thumbs up- thumbs down option.

These days, it doesn't show what's currently being played or give me the thumbs up- thumbs down option on any of the stations I usually listen to.

Is there a way for me to get those features back?

For the Alexa app, as I understand it, the current playing song should appear for a few minutes when you ask Alexa what is currently playing or viewing the player before Alexa defaults back to their screen.

This feature is part of the Alexa app, if you continue to have trouble, I recommend reaching out to Amazon Support for further help troubleshooting the Alexa app.
