Can you tell me more about your experience? Are you listening on a computer or on a device?

If you're on a computer, are you listening from a Mac or Windows computer? Our website or the desktop app? If you're listening from the website, which browser?

If you're listening on a device, what is the make and model?

Before reaching out, did you try any troubleshooting? If so, can you let me know what you tried.

its fine on my laptop but when I put the code in my TV, it stops and changes songs after only a few minutes , constant

Thanks for the follow up.

Can you tell me what device Pandora streams from? Keep in mind, if you have any connected device like a receiver or TV box that may stream Pandora.

If you haven't already, and if you're able, I would remove the Pandora app and then reinstall it. For specific steps on how to do this I would refer to your owner's manual.
