Mood Media: PfB by Mood app gives error message

When using PFB by Mood, I get a black screen with "Audio playback isn't available right now... Please try again later" I have tried reinstalling the app, resetting the iPad and tried using a different iPad. This issue just started a couple days ago.

I've let our engineering team know that you're receiving this error when using the PfB by Mood app so that they can review what may be happening.

In the meantime, I would also recommend reaching out to Mood Media to let them know about the error message. Since the app is maintained by them, they may have additional suggestions for troubleshooting.
