Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening. Can you tell me a bit more about your device?

What is the make and model?
What happens when you open Pandora?
Is there an error message (if yes, what exactly does it say)?

I pay a fee to listen; I loaded the app on my tv which i listen to on external speakers.Since I can hear on phone and my computer, I’ll be contacting the streaming service.
