Why are ads playing when I play Pandora Premium through Sonos?

I'm happy to take a closer look. Could you tell me a little more about your experience:

When you heard the ad, was this on a Station or Podcast?
Where you listening through the Pandora app or the Sonos App?

Thanks so much for reaching out! I play Pandora through Sonos when at home and that’s when I hear the ads. When I listen to Pandora on my IPhone or my car no ads.

I've enabled a trace on your account to help me review. I'd like to begin with having you disconnect your Pandora account from the Sonos app.

1. From your mobile device, open the Sonos app and go to Settings, then My Services. Select Pandora and sign out.

2. Now, please sign out of your Sonos App.

3. Sign back into your Sonos app, reconnect the Pandora app, and try listening once more.

When you hear an ad the next on your Sonos, please let me know the date, time and station you were listening to.
