&lt;P&gt;I'm happy to take a closer look. Could you tell me a little more about your experience:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When you heard the ad, was this on a Station or Podcast?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Where you listening through the Pandora app or the Sonos App?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I've enabled a trace on your account to help me review. I'd like to begin with having you disconnect your Pandora account from the Sonos app.&lt;/P&gt;

From your mobile device, open the Sonos app and go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG data-aura-rendered-by="103:31248;a"&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG data-aura-rendered-by="103:31248;a"&gt;My Services&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG data-aura-rendered-by="103:31248;a"&gt;Pandora&lt;/STRONG&gt; and sign out. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="111:31248;a"&gt;2. Now, please sign out of your Sonos App.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="111:31248;a"&gt;3. Sign back into your Sonos app, reconnect the Pandora app, and try listening once more. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="111:31248;a"&gt;When you hear an ad the next on your Sonos, please let me know the date, time and station you were listening to. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
