I'm going to need more info from you in order to help since Pandora is on a lot of device.

Are you listening on a computer or on a device?

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
1. A Mac or Windows computer?
2. Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from the website, what browser are you using?

If you are on a device, what is the make and model?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you send a screenshot or picture of what you're seeing?

You can attach a picture directly here on community. This is best done from a web or mobile browser. You will not be able to attach screenshot through email notification you may receive.

Thanks for the photo. Looks like you're on a Roku TV. Let's try some troubleshooting to see if it will help.

Please try the following and let me know how it goes:

Let's reboot your Roku:

Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Scroll to select Settings.
Next select System and then Power.
- If you don't see Power, skip to the next step.
Finally, select System Restart.

If you continue to receive the error message, let's remove the Pandora channel from My Channel, and re-adding it from the Channel Store.

You can find the Remove channel option by pressing the * key on your remote while the Pandora channel is highlighted on the home screen.

Hi @glenn202474 I would also try removing the Pandora app from your Channels and re-adding it. You should be asked to log back in again.

I'm not seeing a new sign in on your Pandora account, @glenn202474. You'll want to be sure you're logged out, and then log back into your Roku.
