Longer songs don't play fully and skip to the next

Anything longer than 4 1/2minutes long is cutting off and goes to the next tune!

I'm paying for premium subscription and I feel I should be hearing the complete song even if it's longer than 4/5 minutes. I was listening to Credence Clearwater revivals rendition of I Heard It Through The Grapevine, yes the 11 minute version and it cut off after 4. 5 minutes. What's with that? This has happened several times with other longer tunes. We've tried different ways of listening on different devices and it's the same problem!

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Please fix this. I'm considering not renewing my subscription

Sorry to hear that longer songs are cutting off during your listening sessions.

How are you listening when the song doesn't play fully?

Are you using a computer? The Pandora Desktop app? Or, a web browser?
Are you using a device? If so, which one?
Do any error messages pop up? If so, what exactly does it say?
Does this occur when you're listening to a station, playlist, album, or listening to an individual song on demand?
Finally, is the Credence Clearwater song the only one you've noticed this happen with?

Most of the time I'm listening through my smart TV, not the cable box. This
morning I was listening to My Thumbs Up, Playlist. Elton John Tiny Dancer
cut off and a classical Paganini piece that is 22 mins long only played
about 5 mins. Yesterday's CCR I heard it through the grapevine, the 11 min
version also only played 4.5 mins and also was listening through the TV,
thumbs up Playlist. But these are only examples of this happening with
other longer tunes. Prog Rock, Oldies etc.

THE SAME ISSUE HAS RECENTLY STARTED ON MY TV A HISENSE 75A65K UG. IT IS ANNOYING. SONGS ARE BEING CUT OFF WAY BEFORE 3 MINUTE MARK
