&lt;LI&gt;Does Pandora load, but is unresponsive?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does Pandora not load at all?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using the Russound App to play Pandora?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Do you receive an error message? If so, can you let me know what it says exactly?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>I am using the app as well as the keypad. Pandora does not load. It tries and then goes to a blank screen with pandora at the top. No selection options or anything else to go from&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my iPhone</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm a bit limited in the type of troubleshooting I can offer since I don't have access to the Russound app or device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already, I recommend confirming that the app and the device are updated to the latest software and/or firmware versions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, I can try removing your Pandora account association with your Russound device and have you go through the set up once again to see if that will help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you'd like to try that, let me know and I'll go ahead and remove the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
