Kindle: Ad doesn't pop up to get more skips

I have the free Pandora and up until a few days ago once I got to skip limit I would get a popup saying play ad for more skips and it did. Now when I get to skip limit I heat the little noise that played as the popup came up but no popup to play ad comes up and I can't play the ad to get more skips. I have the latest version of Pandora and kindle is updated. This seems to be a kindle problem ad another device works fine but I primarily use the kindle
