&lt;P&gt;Are you being offered an upgrade through your device? If so, could you take a picture of what you're seeing to share with me here?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can include pictures through a web or mobile browser, but you won't be able to include them through email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you're upgraded to a paid subscription and need help managing your subscription, let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>It's on my Samsung TV that I play Pandora. My husband accidentally clicked&lt;BR /&gt;on Upgrade - now it's bright blue and I can not click it away. I want to&lt;BR /&gt;undo it.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not skilled enough to send a photo.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks so much for any guidance you can provide.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I"ll be honest, I'm not sure exactly what may be happening. The experience you mention doesn't sound familiar to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest we start with some basic troubleshooting and go down the list to see if it will help. At the very least we can rule out a few things during this process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To begin, you mentioned this happening on your Samsung TV. First, please try logging out of the Pandora app - if this option is available for your TV model. If it's not, please let me know, and I can remove the connection between your Pandora account and Samsung TV. This will force a log out and you'll need to log back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
