      <title>RESOLVED: Roku: Returning to Station list starts at top of list</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I listen to Pandora thru my Roku via the tv screen and thru my sound system.&amp;nbsp; I have 150 stations.&amp;nbsp; If I listen to music on, for instance, station #90 for a while and I then want to move to station #91, I USED to hit 'return' and the Guide would appear with station #90 highlighted and I could just skip to next station.&amp;nbsp; NOW, if I hit 'return', the Guide returns to station #1. This means a lot of scrolling thru the Guide to reach station #91.&amp;nbsp; What changed and how can I fix this, if even possible?&lt;/P&gt;

I'm not aware of any changes to Pandora on Roku recently, but I'm happy to report your experience to our engineering team for further investigation.       <description>Neither Roku, nor Pandora know what the problem is but I'm certain that I&lt;BR /&gt;do and it is programming. Pandora changes their programming frequently and&lt;BR /&gt;they have a lot of different issues related to that. The minor updates we&lt;BR /&gt;get won't fix it. This will require a major programming fix so don't hold&lt;BR /&gt;your breath</description>

      <description>Problem still persists. Just updated software too. As for the roku&lt;BR /&gt;information... This will be the 4th time I've uploaded it to you folks. I&lt;BR /&gt;doubt it will help at all since Roku itself says there is nothing wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;It IS Pandora programming based on other people's complaints about&lt;BR /&gt;programming also. As an ex-computer operator, I can see programming errors&lt;BR /&gt;too easily.&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. There is no error message for this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. There is nothing TO see for this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I use Pandora on my Sony tv via a Roku Ultra through my stereo. When I&lt;BR /&gt;open Pandora, the music selection is on station #1. That's all well &amp;amp;&lt;BR /&gt;good. I usually listen to Pandora Thumbprint. If I scroll through my&lt;BR /&gt;collection of stations and pick, let's say station #65, then Pandora will&lt;BR /&gt;play that station. However, if I want to advance to station #66, the&lt;BR /&gt;normal method was to hit 'return' and Pandora would return to the guide&lt;BR /&gt;with station #65 highlighted and I could simply move to the next station&lt;BR /&gt;with ease. The Guide no longer allows this. Pandora returns to station #1&lt;BR /&gt;now. This means, I have to scroll through my stations to get to station&lt;BR /&gt;#66. Worse yet is that I have 150 stations. Scrolling thru 149 stations&lt;BR /&gt;to reach #150 is not going to stand with me. I was told that Pandora has a&lt;BR /&gt;limit of 55 stations and 3000 songs (I have 1300 songs) and the tech&lt;BR /&gt;suggested I delete some stations. I can do that on my cellphone and my&lt;BR /&gt;computer but I can not do that on the Roku. I did delete stations via the&lt;BR /&gt;computer but it did not affect the amount of stations on the Roku nor did&lt;BR /&gt;it affect how the Guide is now working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What Pandora and I have done so far to attempt to fix this -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have removed Pandora and reinstalled it, multiple times now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have unplugged both the tv and Roku and plugged them back in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have unplugged the HDMI cables and plugged them back in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have reset Pandora.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have reset the Roku.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have done a factory reset of the Roku.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have routinely checked for updates each day.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have gone through all the settings and made sure they are correct.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Roku and I have gone through all their settings and they concur with me&lt;BR /&gt;that this issue is not their equipment, especially since we swapped out the&lt;BR /&gt;Roku Ultra for my old Roku standard and both work fine until Pandora is&lt;BR /&gt;playing. I've returned to the Roku Ultra.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I use a Roku Ultra&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;model 4800X&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FCC ID: TC2-R1036&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;serial #: S02A208J9R8N on bottom of Roku. X01000FJ9R8N is the online&lt;BR /&gt;serial #.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;software version 15.0.4&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Build 5534&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am using Pandora version 7.6 build 20.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A very unhappy Dave Christensen</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting about your experience with the station list starting from the top on your Roku.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We’re happy to share that a recent Roku update (Pandora version 7.7, build 10) has been released and should resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check for the update on your Roku device, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the Home button on your Roku remote&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll to and select Settings&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select System&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Software update&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Choose Check Now to manually check for updates&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If a software update is available, your Roku will automatically download and install it. Once the update is complete, your device will reboot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After updating, please let us know if the station list behavior is back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;
