&lt;P data-start="341" data-end="425"&gt;Can you tell me a bit more about your setup? What’s the make and model of your TV?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="432" data-end="814"&gt;In the meantime, I’ve checked your Pandora account and don’t see a previous DirecTV connection. Is this a new set up?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="432" data-end="814"&gt;I do see a Roku and an Android TV listed. If you've been using Pandora recently, could the app be directly found on your Android TV? To help me investigate more, could you share a photo of what you’re seeing on your TV? You can upload images directly here in the thread. This works best from a mobile device or web browser, since photos can’t be shared through email notifications.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Switch Pandora accounts on my DirecTV device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am trying to change Pandora accounts on my TV (direct TV streaming).&amp;nbsp; pandora puts up a page with a code for me to enter, but the code can't be seen.&amp;nbsp; Mostly just see a black page, the other part is off to the side.&amp;nbsp; seems to be formatted too big for the screen.&amp;nbsp; everything else on my tv works fine.&amp;nbsp; how can i clear this and add my account?&amp;nbsp; i've already reset direct tv and called direct tv.&amp;nbsp; they said it was pandora issue.&amp;nbsp; when i call pandora customer service all i gety is a recorded answer saying they are having a technical difficulty so please call back.&amp;nbsp; I've called back numerous times over the past 2 weeks and always the same message.&amp;nbsp; Can you help with this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
