      <title>Google/Nest Speakers: Cannot play with grouped speakers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m a&amp;nbsp;Pandora Plus subscriber, and Pandora cannot play to&amp;nbsp;Google Speaker Groups&amp;nbsp;at all. It will only play to individual Google/Nest speakers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Spotify does not have this problem because it uses its own playback protocol (Spotify Connect) rather than relying solely on Google Cast. Pandora needs to either&amp;nbsp;fully support Google Speaker Groups&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;develop a comparable playback protocol.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steps already tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Updated Pandora app&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Unlinked and relinked Pandora in Google Home&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Restarted devices&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;• Recreated speaker groups&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;None of this resolves the issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As a Pandora user, I expect basic whole-home audio functionality. This issue has existed for years, and it’s unacceptable that it still hasn’t been addressed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When is this actually going to be fixed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the answer is never or you're vague about it, I need to cancel my account and get a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too started having this problem just this week. Now even the app won't play to Google Cast groups. I did have an automation in Google Home that was "Play Pandora Radio Station on Home Group", but zippo, nada, nothing. The station no longer plays. I tried the old useless unlink and relink Pandora steps in Google Home, but that didn't matter. The issue remains. This just started happening to me as of 2/4/26.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
