    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to log back into pandora on my iphone.&amp;nbsp; but on the tv, the screen is still formatted too big.&amp;nbsp; i can even read the code so that i can enter it at profile settings.&amp;nbsp; what is the code.&amp;nbsp; is there anything else you can try?&amp;nbsp; thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Direct TV- Screen appears zoomed in.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have direct tv and stream pandora on my tv.&amp;nbsp; has worked fine for years.&amp;nbsp; now when i stream pandora, the screen seems to be formatted very large so i am only seeing a very small portion of the pandora menu screen.&amp;nbsp; so i can't change the station, make a new station, give thumbs up or down.&amp;nbsp; none of that can be seen on the screen.&amp;nbsp; i can only listen to the current station that it is on.&amp;nbsp; And I have pandora on my iphone too.&amp;nbsp; thought i could just change the station there and it would also change on my tv, but no such luck.&amp;nbsp; everything else works fine on my tv and other streaming channels.&amp;nbsp; how to resolve?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I had a chance to check out your account. I wanted to first confirm that Pandora is on DirecTV. Looking at your account, I only see recent connection with an Android TV. But I'm not sure if any troubleshooting steps may have been performed before your post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, could you please share a picture of what you're seeing when you're playing Pandora and the formatting has changed. You can include a picture here on community in your reply. Please note that this can be done on a web or mobile browser, you won't be able to include picture through email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="315" data-end="450"&gt;I see what you mean though; it definitely feels like something is off. I just wanted to confirm: is your TV connected to a DirecTV box?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="457" data-end="648"&gt;If so, do you have the option to uninstall the Pandora app from the DirecTV box itself? If yes, please go ahead and uninstall the app, then reinstall it and let me know if you're having the same experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>In back of tv a direct tv box is plugged in. It’s very small. But need that for direct tv to work. Don’t know how to uninstall pandora. That direct tv plug in only has a reset button and nothing else.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hazel Sanchez</description>

&lt;P&gt;I don’t currently see a DirecTV device connected to your Pandora account, which is why I asked about it. It’s possible the DirecTV box may have become disconnected from your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do see an Android TV connected, and it looks like it was used recently. I’m not sure if this is a different TV than the one you’re having trouble with on DirecTV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the DirecTV issue, I can reset the device connections on your account. Since DirecTV isn’t showing as connected, this may help refresh things. Please note that doing this will sign you out of Pandora on all devices, so you’ll need to log back in on each device you use afterward.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if you'd like to give this a try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
