Logging in required for TV out of the blue

We use our home theater system to play Pandora. It goes through the TV. All of a sudden it is now asking us to input our account settings and a 4 digit Pin (we think). It says go login to fix this. I'm always logged in to Pandora. I don't know what. account setting to input and have no idea what the Pin is. Can anyone help us?

Hi @grangold Welcome to community! 👋

Pandora doesn't require a PIN to listen on any device. This sounds like it may be setting of the device you're using.

Can you tell me a little more about your experience? Is the Pandora app found on your TV or through another device like a receiver? What is the make and model of that device?

Taking a closer look at your account, I currently only see an iPhone associated and no other devices. Have you made any recent changes?

I want to listen to Pandora why cant I have been listening to it all day and it said are you still listening yes yes yes, I would turn off if I wasnt!!!!!
