&lt;P data-end="434" data-start="188"&gt;To get things started, I’ve enabled a trace on your account so we can review what’s happening behind the scenes. Can you confirm the model Roku that you have? You also mentioned that you're up to date, can you let me know the version you see on your end?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime, while the trace is enabled, please try both of these steps. Once completed go ahead and try to play Pandora again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
