Dish TV No Sound After 1st Track

I changed to Dish knowing they supported Pandora. But when using the Joey, I found that Pandora will only play the first track and on the second track and beyond there is no audio. I have tried for several weeks to get Dish to correct the problem but so far no success. I have tried powering down on all combinations of the hopper, Joey and internet modem and router. We enjoy Pandora, but now we cannot use it. HELP! I NEED MY PANDORA

The model of your DISH Hopper
The model of your Joey
Whether this happens on every Joey in your home, if you have more than one
When the second track begins, does Pandora appear to continue playing normally on screen, just without audio?
If you skip to another track, does the audio return, or does it remain silent?
