Xumo Pandora App Playback jittering

When I play Pandora on my Xumo box through Spectrum, there is a pinging or skipping that happens about once every 1-2 seconds. It disrupts the songs making it really hard to listen. I have reset the box multiple times. I have not deleted and reinstalled the Pandora app on the box.

Welcome to Community! Sorry to hear about the trouble listening on your Xumo Stream Box.

Since you've already tried restarting the Xumo box, I'd like to try a couple of other things.

First, does this happen only while listening to Pandora, or have you noticed similar audio issues with other apps on the Xumo box?

In the meantime, if you're able to access the Settings menu within the Pandora app, try signing out of your Pandora account and then signing back in before playing again.

If the issue continues, let me know whether it affects every song you play and whether the sound occurs throughout the entire track or mainly when transitioning between songs.
