&lt;P&gt;I created a new thread for your post since your issue is a little different from the previous thread. This helps if someone else has a similar problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked the details on your account and I don't see an LG TV associated. However, I do see that you have an Xfinity box connected. Can you confirm if the Pandora app is connected through your smart TV or the receiver?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the receiver, I'd recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR data-aura-rendered-by="130:15780;a" /&gt;&lt;BR data-aura-rendered-by="130:15780;a" /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then, if you're still experiencing the same issue, please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL data-aura-rendered-by="130:15780;a"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Log in Issue on LG TV</title>
