&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you receiving an error message? If so, what does it say?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does the playback stop?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does the app crash?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also like to start with some standard troubleshooting:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR data-aura-rendered-by="80990:0" /&gt;&lt;BR data-aura-rendered-by="80990:0" /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL data-aura-rendered-by="80990:0"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ljones3 - Not sure if this will help or not.&amp;nbsp; I listen to Pandora on my iOS device and my Element&lt;EM&gt; non&lt;/EM&gt;-Smart&amp;nbsp; TV &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; and recently experienced the TV App (Amazon Firestick) had no sound.&amp;nbsp; The Phone app worked fine.&amp;nbsp; Did an IT Support 101 step and signed out of the TV App and signed back in.&amp;nbsp; When I chose 'Sign In' it immediately gave me directions to activate on the mobile app.&amp;nbsp; Took about 5 seconds and I was back in business.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps!&amp;nbsp; Stay safe and have a great day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
