&lt;P&gt;The audio codec error message can be related to poor network speeds. If you're still receiving this error, let's cycle through your network connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try these steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL data-aura-rendered-by="132:98639;a"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Shut down your device completely;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Turn your device back on and try Pandora again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm connected via WiFi... I've seen this error a couple of times, but mostly the Pandor App simply hangs. Would love to be able to restart the app without having to restart device. I can go to home, to Netflix, and back to Pandora and it's still hung. I do wonder if the root cause still isn't missing a missing codec?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like there's been some changes of late in this regard... There's a new "Loading..." dialog displayed between songs which take a while. The longest pauses are when the message dialog "Error: The device does not support the current audio codec" is displayed. Interestingly another song loads, and the message continues to display on top.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
