Can you explain your issue a bit more? Are you trying to activate a SIM card in your mobile device?

I am not flaca2475. I just got this computer so I'm assuming someone else had it at some point. My question is "how do i insrt my sim card to add music to it?

Hi @jojovelez7! Welcome to community and thanks for posting.

I think you mean SD card, as a SIM card is used to activate your mobile phone. If you need help activating a mobile device or have questions around SIM cards, I would recommend contacting your mobile provider for further help.

If you're using an Android, make sure the app is installed to the phone's local memory, rather than on an SD card. (Installing the Pandora app on an SD card causes performance issues we can't provide support for.)
