      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have similar issue. It sometimes doesn't start playing when I first go into the app. Only works to play after I turn tv off and start over after a few minutes. I have reinstalled the app several times and it's annoying that I keep having to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've enabled a trace on your account. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps for me while this trace is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Restart your device:&amp;nbsp;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If your device uses a power code, just disconnect the power cord (from the back of the device or from the power outlet), and then plug it back in.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If your device is plugged into a port on your TV, disconnect from the TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear your app data:&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;From here, clear the cache and/or data. This may help resolve various intermittent performance issues.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Pandora on Fire Tv stopping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a FireTV stick 4k and have tried ALL of the above.&amp;nbsp; When I uninstalled and re-installed Pandora I was even blocked from logging in by the same error message.&amp;nbsp; Once in a while the log-in screen reappears only to be replaced by the error screen within seconds.&amp;nbsp; This appears to be a hard fault.&amp;nbsp; Never ever seen it before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Fire TV Stick. Can you do me a favor and take a picture of the error messages you mentioned in your post above. I haven't seen that before and I'm curious to know what it looks like.&lt;/P&gt;
