    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Pandora isn't working on my TV. I can navigate through the app on my Sony TV, but when I play music, the sound doesn't work. I tried signing out of the app. I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it. I also tried updating the firmware on the Sony TV, but it was already up to date. Not sure what else to try and do. We use a Sony XBR-65X950H.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to figuring out a solution to this so that I can listen to music on my TV&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Pandora isn't working on my TV. &lt;LI&gt;Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"&gt;Select the Settings Gear icon&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":gear:"&gt;⚙️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"&gt;Follow the steps according to your TV menu:&lt;/LI&gt;
