Roku stuck on pause

My Pandora music is stuck on pause. All other options work fine, it just won't go off of pause when I click on it.

Hi, looks like the pause/stop between songs is back on Roku. When I start Pandora on my Roku device, it starts with the play button active rather than the pause button. Sometimes it will play after hitting the button numerous times but the stop after one or two songs or an ad. Here’s my info:

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us further investigate. Can you please replicate this behavior while the trace is enabled and let me know the time and date. I'll take a closer look.

Also, just to cover our bases, have you performed any troubleshooting with your Roku? If yes, can you let me know what you tried.
