RESOLVED 5/5/21: Roku - Does Not Remember Login Information

I have the Same issue tried removing, reset password ect. Keeps saying roku failed to provide required account information. Everything else works just not pandora

Pandora has also stopped working on my Roku. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps. When I enter the code online, it says my account is set up but the a Pandora app on the Roku keeps asking me login.

Are you able to login and it doesn't appear to save the info? Or are you not able to login and it returns you to the login screen?

Your Roku model?
What is the serial number? (Settings > System > About)
What Roku software version is your device using? (Settings > System > About)
