&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The model and year of your Samsung TV?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What kind of error message do you receive? Are you able to take a picture of the error?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does the Pandora app appear to load on the screen?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the app loads, does it stay open or closes?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the app loads, does music appear to play but no sound?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Samsung TV - Error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last few months whenever I try to open the Pandora app on my TV it doesn't work. The only time I can get it to work is to constantly reinstall it but the moment I close the app and go back in I get an error. I am not having this issue with any other app on my tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
