&lt;P&gt;Since you mentioned that this is happening on your laptop, I've created a &lt;A href="https://community.pandora.com/t5/Desktop/Web-No-sound/td-p/151469" target="_blank"&gt;new post&lt;/A&gt; in our &lt;A href="https://community.pandora.com/t5/Desktop/bd-p/computer" target="_blank"&gt;Desktop Board&lt;/A&gt;. Since it's a different platform the issue is most likely unrelated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you tell me more about your experience when listening on your laptop:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does this happen immediately when you start playing Pandora or intermittently between songs?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Do you have to restart your browser to get the sound to return?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Which browser and version are you using?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the make and model of your computer?&lt;/LI&gt;
