Do I need premium to play specific songs?

I have a free account. I go to see songs I've thumbed, try to play another song by an artist, and can't play anything. I click the play button, but nothing happens, on any song I select. Is this supposed to happen, to force me to pay?

I just signed up for the Premium trial, and STILL can't play specific songs. WTH is wrong with Pandora? I'm sure glad I'm not actually paying for this garbage. This is the error I get:

Welcome to community.

I was able to play the track on a Chrome browser without any issue. What is the browser you are currently using? To see if it's browser related can you try playing Pandora from another browser.
