    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you please move the post back again. It has nothing to do with Pandora Premium. Nothing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So. Thanks to the various folks who have replied to this. It is not appropriate that this post was moved to the "Desktop: Unable to start Premium Access session" as that has absolutely nothing to do with the issue. The only respondent who posted anything useful was the person who asked whether it was browser-specific. The problem is the same across all browsers I have tried (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). I am logged in and I try to play ANY track. This is what I get as a message: "Oops!&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Something has gone wrong. Please try again later.". It never changes, and I have never been able to listen to anything at all. Pandora is a complete fail for me!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the premium subscription. yet, it keeps asking me to join. I already paid for this and I am sorry that I did.&amp;nbsp; When I try to hear a song, a POPUP comes up and say, listen to a short message.&amp;nbsp; When you click it it says, OPPs something went wrong.&amp;nbsp; Try again later.&amp;nbsp; I guess that I will just chalk this up to Lessons Learned!!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to initiate a Premium Session when selecting&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.pandora.com/artist/tim-wilson/hillbilly-homeboy-explicit/ALzxgPKq9K9fjfP" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Hillbilly Homeboy (Explicit)&lt;/A&gt; as long as you are using one of our supported browsers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please let me know if that screenshot you sent over popped up when streaming Pandora over Internet Explorer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, what browser were you using?&lt;/P&gt;
