&lt;P&gt;Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That being said, you won't need to create a new account. Let's try some troubleshooting your web browser to see if that helps. I've included steps below.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;got it done but frustrating that it took 4 days.&amp;nbsp; Wish there was a place on the site that you can just update CC info, not start a new account.&amp;nbsp; I didn't try that sooner because I thought I might loose my stations and thumbprint.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
