Pc Crashes when using desktop App

Hello,

I have run through a bunch of different troubleshoots on my pc, My Computer freezes only while running the Pandora app in the background almost as if the app locks up the pc when after playing for a short tim.Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Hi @Conner83, thanks for posting and sorry for the trouble.

We'll be happy to check this, can you tell me more about what is happening?

Does the app just stop responding?
Does it seem to be buffering?
Does the sound stops coming out or does it keeps playing? If you try to stream from a browser do you also have the same issue?

Also can you tell me more about your computer? Are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
What kind of network are you using? (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/LTE);
Pandora version (under Pandora Settings on the bottom left);
Operating system version (e.g.. Windows 11)
