Could you tell me a bit more about what you're experiencing?
1. What happens when you open Pandora?
2. Is there any error message? If so, what does it say?
3. Are you listening on the desktop app or web?
4. If you're on web, what browser are you using?

@leahcopy Have you tried a different browser? Or is it happening on all browsers?

Also, are you connected to the internet through WiFi or Ethernet?
