&lt;P&gt;Are you receiving any error messages when you attempt to play music? If so, what exactly does it say?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend running through the standard troubleshooting steps for your browser or desktop app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My music won't play online. When I click the play triangle, it starts and in a split second, it reverts back to the play triangle. It never just goes and plays. But it is playing fine on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
