Can you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

If it's happening on your computer:

Are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
- Can you please tell me exactly what you see when you go to https://www.pandora.com? Do you see the same error message or does it appears just when you try to play a song?
Is this happening with a specific artist, album, station, song or podcast? Or with any of these?

Getting the same message. I've gone through the troubleshooting on the other threads. restarting, making sure the ad blocker is off, no firewall, ect. Other devices work fine. This is on chrome, using the web interface. I am using Linux so there is no desktop app option for me.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Since Pandora is an HTML5 application it should work reasonably well on Linux systems. But there are far more Linux distributions than we have the capacity to test, so we do not officially support the use of Pandora on Linux clients.

Having said that, we can try some troubleshooting that may help improve your experience.

You mentioned using Chrome. Do you receive the same message when using a different browser, such as Firefox? This helps determine if it's browser related.
Do you use an anti-virus or VPN? If so, then I recommend disabling any extensions, for example, Adblock or NoScript.
Lastly, I would recommend power cycling your modem and/or router to see if a refresh will help.

If you'd like to see Pandora supported on Linux devices, feel free to create an idea here. Other community members can upvote the suggestion if they'd like to see the option implemented as well.

I canceled the popup option and pandora started playing

All I had to do was accept popups and Pandora play fine now
