Hey, @Sharb. 👋

Sounds like you may be using a MAC Desktop.

Go to System Preference > Bluetooth and toggle Bluetooth to On.

You'll also want to make sure your devices are connected to the same wireless network as the Bluetooth device you're connecting to. You can view and change the Wi-Fi network in Settings as well.

The device you're connecting to should then be detected and appear under the Bluetooth setting.

I'm trying to connect my Skull Hesh 2 wireless headphones to my Windows 10. Any suggestions?

The steps to connect to Windows 10 are towards the bottom.
