Chrome: Control Buttons Missing

I've had this problem for a while now too. There used to be a pause button in the low center on the website and it disappeared a while back for some reason. I listen to Pandora at work all time and now when someone comes into my office I have to mute the music or close the website as I can no longer simply hit pause. I use Chrome.

Can you tell me more about this?

Are you listening from a Windows computer?
Does it only happens when listening on Chrome or on other browsers too?
Is there an error message?
- If yes, what exactly does it say?
- If not, tell me exactly what you see when you go to https://www.pandora.com
Are you connected to a speaker or headphones when this happens?

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps described here, and let me know how it goes.

On a computer … on Chrome … and it’s back today

The darker blue bar at the bottom disappears at times and I’m not sure why.
